By utilizing assets you already own, you can leverage the equity you have built to allow yourself to purchase an asset with $0 out of your pocket while receiving your rehab funds at closing! Purchase loans can go up to 100% of the acquisition cost + 100% of the renovation costs at closing with a CLTV among all pledged assets up to 70%.
